Healthy Tea is a premium herbal wellness brand owned and operated by Ranviernet communications  Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Purba Bardhaman,India. With over of years experience in sourcing herbs directly from Indian farmers, we are committed to creating high-quality, functional teas that promote health and sustainability.

Ordering Process & Dispatch Policy

Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting our customer care team.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, indicating that we have successfully received and accepted your request. After payment is confirmed, a dispatch confirmation email will follow, including your shipment details.

For wholesale and large-volume orders, please allow 3–5 working days for processing, as some herbs may be packed freshly on demand to maintain maximum freshness and effectiveness.

Healthy Tea reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch in the event of inventory shortages, payment issues, or other unexpected circumstances. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded promptly.

Pricing and Payments

All product prices on www.healthytea.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added during checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

In rare cases where pricing errors occur due to system glitches or manual oversight, we will contact you before order processing. You may then choose to cancel or proceed with the corrected price.

We accept secure online payments through major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. For wholesale customers within India, we offer payment via bank transfer or cheque with a credit period of 15 days from the delivery date. Late payments may incur interest fees.

Shelf Life & Storage Guidelines

Our herbal teas are packaged using high-grade, food-safe materials and vacuum-sealed for extended freshness. The typical shelf life is varied from products to products 6 to 12 months from the date of packaging if keep it in dry and cool place. For more details see the label of the product.

Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of Purba Bardhaman, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of Purba Bardhaman. The arbitration shall take place at Purba Bardhaman according to the rules and proceedings of the “Court of Arbitration” of Purba Bardhaman .
