We strive to process all retail orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on the next working day. In case of high order volumes or special blends, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days anywhere in India, depending on the courier and location.

If any item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified, and the item will be shipped immediately upon availability.
